2.Product description:

Stainless steel grade 430 is a non-hardenable steel containing straight chromium, and belongs to the ferritic group of steels. This steel is known for its good corrosion resistance and formability, coupled with practical mechanical properties. It can be used in certain chemical applications due to its resistance to nitric acid.

Grade 430F stainless steel is usually provided in bar form to be used in automatic screw machines.

Grade 434 has similar properties as grade 430, although it is a molybdenum-bearing version. The molybdenum content enhances its corrosion resistance.

Hot-rolled surface,annealed and pickled,can be used as cold-rolling material,industrial tanks and chemical devices.

NO.2D

Colled-rolled,annealed and pickled without skinpass,the dull products can be used as automobile parts,building material and pipes.

NO.2B

The suiface brightness and flatness of NO2B is better than NO2D.Then through a special surface treatment to improve its mechanical properties,No2B could nearly satisfy comprehensive uses.

NO.3

Polished with abrasive belt of grit#100-#120,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stia,used as inner and external ornaments for building,electrical applicances and kitchen utensils etc.

NO.4

Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#180,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria,but thinner than NO3,are used as bathtub building's inner and external ornaments electrical appliances,kitchen utendils and food processing equipment etc.
