2.Description

Type 201 stainless steel is an alloy that contains half the nickel and more manganese and nitrogen than other popular steels. While it is less expensive than some other alloys (because of its low nickel content), it is not as easy to work or form. Type 201 is an austenitic metal because it is non-magnetic stainless steel that contains high levels of chromium and nickel and low levels of carbon.

Hot-rolled surface,annealed and pickled,can be used as cold-rolling material,industrial tanks and chemical devices.

NO.2D

Colled-rolled,annealed and pickled without skinpass,the dull products can be used as automobile parts,building material and pipes.

NO.2B

The suiface brightness and flatness of NO2B is better than NO2D.Then through a special surface treatment to improve its mechanical properties,No2B could nearly satisfy comprehensive uses.

NO.3

Polished with abrasive belt of grit#100-#120,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stia,used as inner and external ornaments for building,electrical applicances and kitchen utensils etc.

Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#180,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria,but thinner than NO3,are used as bathtub building's inner and external ornaments electrical appliances,kitchen utendils and food processing equipment etc.
